How we price
Junk removal prices in Coquitlam
Two loads the same size can cost different amounts. A truck of mattresses weighs far less than a truck of drywall, and a curbside pile is quicker than a third-floor walk-up. So we look at all three.
1Volume
How much of the truck your items fill, from a single item up to a full load.
2Weight
Heavy materials like drywall, concrete, tile and appliances cost more to dispose of.
3Labour
Crew size, time on site, stairs, elevators and how far we carry.
Send photos and tell us where the items are (curbside, in the yard, inside, or upstairs) for a closer estimate. We confirm the final price with you before any work starts.
